Agreement to Terms

By using Mission Auto Glass LLC's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Mission Auto Glass provides mobile windshield replacement, auto glass repair, and ADAS calibration services in the Charleston, South Carolina metropolitan area. Our services include:

Windshield replacement
Windshield chip and crack repair
Door and rear window replacement
ADAS camera calibration
Insurance claim processing assistance

Warranty

Lifetime Warranty on Workmanship: We warrant our installation workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. This covers leaks and defects in installation.

Glass Warranty: Glass is warranted against manufacturer defects. Damage from road debris, accidents, or other external causes is not covered.

ADAS Calibration: Calibration services are warranted to meet manufacturer specifications at the time of service.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We appreciate 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may result in a trip fee for appointments where our technician has already departed.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For insurance claims, payment arrangements are made with your insurance company.

Insurance Claims

We assist with insurance claim filing as a courtesy. However, you are ultimately responsible for your insurance coverage and any amounts not covered by your policy.

Safe Drive-Away Time

After windshield replacement, you must wait the recommended safe drive-away time (typically 1 hour minimum) before driving. Failure to wait may void the warranty and compromise safety.

Limitation of Liability

Mission Auto Glass's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Service Area

We serve Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties in South Carolina. Service availability outside this area is subject to additional fees.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
